We offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you feel confident shopping with us. If your item isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@venorest.com with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A photo or video showing the item’s condition

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Please note: Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations, but once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they purchased Shipping Protection during checkout.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories for a return to be approved.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
