SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand

  • Free Priority Shipping 

  • Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days

Please note: International orders may experience additional customs processing times, which can affect delivery estimates.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are usually processed Right away or within 1-2 business days before shipment.

  • A tracking email will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

For peace of mind, we offer Free Returns & Shipping Protection at checkout. If you purchase this protection, you’ll be covered in case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If you do not purchase shipping protection, Lumvera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped. In that case, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local postal service

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@venorest.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to modify it.
